Born and raised in Barcelona. Javier first stepped behind the bar at his parents’ restaurant while attending film school. After a few years at an interior design office in New York, he returned to his roots in Barcelona, at age 24, to open his own restaurant which proudly represented American cuisine and cocktail culture overseas. In 2015, Javier came to Houston where he found his true passion in developing bar programs while applying his experience in the creative process, team building and the logistics of managing.
