The idea of opening BCN came from a Spanish immigrant living in Houston, TX in the early 90’s….Smells, flavors, and textures of his childhood lingered in his memory with a certain nostalgia. In the summer of 2008, he met a chef from Barcelona who became a part of that idea. After years of enthusiasm, effort, and hard work, in September of 2014 they managed to open the restaurant they were dreaming of: BCN.
