About Us
The idea of opening BCN came from a Barcelonan immigrant living in Houston, TX in the early 90’s…. Smells, flavors, and textures of his family childhood that lingered in his memory with a certain nostalgia. In the summer of 2008, he meets a Barcelonan chef who becomes part of that idea. After years of enthusiasm, effort, and hard work, in September 2014 they managed to open that dreamed restaurant, BCN.
